The hotel was new and clean. The atmosphere was magical, especially in the morning when u were having breakfast and around everything was green. Definitely will stay again in the future.

The reception was open 24/7 which was very convenient during our check-out before taking a late night flight. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the design was very nice but the main highlight is the breakfast was AMAZING! We enjoyed the diversity and the flavors and everything was a delight. Definitely a great experience.

I just loved the breakfast!!! This is the best breakfast I have had in all of my trips. They had such varied options, catering to the needs of people who don't necessarily eat sweet early in the morning. They had plenty of savory options such as exotic salads, cottage cheese, tomatoes and cheese etc. As a person who is calculated about the sugar intake, this variety in the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Plus loved the fact that this breakfast came free for a reasonable price of the room. Already decided I am going to stay here next time I visit Krakow :) Thanks Art & Garden Residence for the warmth and exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The good breakfast was a perfect way to start the day, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel is in a unique location in the city, offering both convenience and charm. The friendly staff made the experience even better, always ready to help with a smile. I was particularly pleased with the private parking spot, which is such a bonus as parking can be difficult to find in the city. It’s also just a roughly 15-minute walk to the city center, which was ideal for exploring. The nice room was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel just north of the old town garden perimeter about 10 mins walk from the Main Square. Very relaxed, lovely breakfast, great beds and super bathrooms. Receptionists were all lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The room was really comfortable, comfy bed and spotless clean bathroom. The breakfast room was really cosy and the breakfast itself was exceptional, plenty of choices and very tasty. Location-wise it's only 10 mins by walk from the station and 10 mins to the city centre.

Staff pleasant. Helped us with information about places to go, transport system. One receptionist gave us milk from the fridge when we didn't haver enough sachets, & said we preferred "proper" milk. Lovely garden to sit in. Lots of plants & quirky touches inside (model gorilla!) Comfortable bed.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and my partner and I got really impressed with the young girl who was serving us the breakfast in the morning, she is such a sweet and lovely girl and left us with a very good impression about the hotel. The room is a good size, bed is comfy, there is a TV and a balcony which can be enjoyed during summer. The only thing missing is a small fridge and a fan in the toilet, one night I also heard noise from other guests so the hotel should invest in soundproofing system to avoid this issue happens. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

The location, very close to the city center, even by foot. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were great. The parking. We had a nice room room and the private patio was a big plus. The amiability of the most of the personnel.
